Hi friends..
I think the first cylinder (darker colored axhaust manifold pipe) gets hotter than the others. Why can it be ? Injector problem ? ort can be anything else ?

It's cyl. 4 and get a temp gun or egt gauge to check.

 

Does your car smoke it could be burning oil in that cylinder

by the way.. I can't drill the manifold.. isn't there any other way ?
and I dont think anyone in here (a small town in Turkey) have a temp gun..

I thought of taking out the injectors off and take them to the test.
so that if the hot cylinder's injector is not working well and if that cylinder is leaning out,
maybe that's the problem ..can it be ?

 

switch injector 4 with 1 and see is the manifold colour will change.
if you can get turbos, manifolds, intercoolers,ecu and maps then you can get a temp gun.

I believe you can get a temp gun for $100. Did you try swapping the injectors as someone mentioned?

 

cylinder 4 usually runs the hottest i believe but shouldnt be that much hotter

 

cyl 3 runs the hottest. You are wrong ;O)

I understand perfectly well. I also understand that EGT probes are "usually" in 3 for a reason too ;O), not to mention why....

 

Alperx, do you have an EMS that can adjust individual fuel trims? How has the car been tuned?
