Default 00 civic gauge lights

Hey H-T. Having a problem with the dash lights after installing new fog lights. By dash lights I mean the amber/red color that comes on to light your gauges for RPM, MPH and fuel. All other lights in the vehicle work. Tailights, headlights, A/C, even the battery light, trunk open light, hood open light all work. Checked the two 7.5 fuses under the dash, looked good. Checked the 10 (if i recall) fuse under the hood. The only thing I can think of now is the dimmer switch next to the cruise control switch, but I find it really odd it suddenly went out while I was playing with new fog lights which are in close proximity. Well H-T any ideas? Any help is appreciated.

Check 7.5A fuse 30 with a multimeter.
