Icon2 H22a Turbo - intermittent oil pressure light

All,
This is Probably a newbie question.... Please let me know what you think.

I am working on a 98 Prelude, with a JDM h22a swap (with ECM), turbo charged (garret t3/4) with turbonetics bearing assembly. The car is tuned and runs pretty well, but I am getting an intermittent oil light.... under normal circumstances, I could trouble shoot, but with the turbo I am in unfamiliar territory.... Oil light is a new issue that came after replacing the existing turbo (old one had about a 1/4" of shaft play and was eating oil)There is an orifice at the intake to the turbo, ( sent from the turbo rebuilder), so I am guessing that part is correct....

Here are the specifics.... Oil pressure at the sender (cold Idle) is about 60 PSI, warm at 3000RPM it pegs my 100PSI guage.

- Since the pressure light is intermittent, I wondered how pressure switch works?
- Can the turbo create enough vacuum in bearing assy to cause the oil pressure drop?
- can the turbo oil line be "pressurizing" as the turbo comes out of a boost cycle?
- Seems that when I pull the dipstick while running I get vacuum noise - I am assuming that the crancase is in vacuum? (since the PCV is in place)

Help?

TIA
