94 Civic wont start, not getting spark or fuel
i was drivin around an went home an turned m car off went to turn it back on it started but sputtered out an died i changed the plugs wites cap ignition module an valve cover gasket because there was oil in he number one plug and u stil wont get spark and it isn getting fuel

Does the starter crank the engine but it won't start? If so,
Check whether 15A hood fuse 31 or dash fuse 24 is blown.
Clean and tighten the G101 ground wire attached to thermostat housing.

Did you check the G101 ground?
If you unplug the main relay and jump terminal 1 to terminal 7 in the free connector, does the fuel pump run? Likewise, if you jump terminal 5 to terminal 7 and then turn the key to ON(II), does the fuel pump run?

Also sounds to me like main relay. I have also had bad or no ground wire to chassis cause this.
Could be a intermittent problem with a worn out ignition switch.
When you turn the key put a little inward pressure on the key and jiggle it.
This can give you contact with the fuel pump in key position number 2 and you can hear the fuel pump prime. Seems like 93-95 ignition switches are tending to wear out about now.
