Default Stroker and High Compresstion = Blown headgasket?

previous owner claims its got a build motor:
gsr block, ls crank & rods, ctr pistons, ACL bearings, itr head, dual value springs, skunk 2 camshafts

since i bought the car in February it was running fine until last week my motor seems to be leaking and burning oil.. its either blown head gasket or the head wasn't torqued down right.

i'm thinking about getting new arp head studs and a new head gasket..
Which head gasket should i go for; OEM gsr head gasket or Turbo head gasket?
other brand name head gaskets are also taken into consideration

If it has a stock headgasket and head bolts then its deffinatel possibility that the headgaset could be blown. Easy way to check is to do a compression and leak down test.

A cometic headgasket and arp head studs are a good investment.

On a side note: do you know how much hp that setup runs? I was thinking about doing something like that with my spare parts.

previous owner claims 205 HP with the dyno sheet.

Ok cool, i was thinking about throwing some 11.5:1 -12:1 pistons in the mix but i need to get my turbo setup done first lol.

Have you confirmed that your headgasket is indeed blown?

yup id say swap the head bolts and gasket,
im just thowing this out there but while everything is
getting down id try to take a good look at anything else that might be worn
belts , hoses , etc you never know the smallest stupidest things can
make or break how ur car runs ,and as with anything you put money into
is all ways good to take good of ur shat and ur shat be good to you ...
