Im trying to get a GSR running with and AEM 1020 (the jumpers were added ti in in order to use the T1 trigger) with the T1 trigger, aem twin fire, aem pencil coils, aem 3.5 bar and 1000cc EFI wizard injectors. The AEM shows that the Stat is sync'd. The car will sometimes start but shuts off 2 seconds after it starts. i tried increasing/lowering the fuel and nothing. We tried to spray carb cleaner while cranking and the car will stay on if we keep spraying it so we know its getting spark. Also the fuel pressure stays up at 45psi all the time, so we know the pump is not dropping out. The twin fire has the dip switch #1 & 3 in the on position and #2 off.

Anyone had any problems similiar to this and was able to fix it?

 

i have the same set up and also had the same issue 3 weeks ago. from what i remember he double the pulse on the injectors. and it crank rightup. hope that works.

 

Bump. Fuel was increased and still nothing. Im going to put an injector test light on it to see if injectors stop pulsing after being cranked a few times.

 

PM or email T1 with a link to this thread and ask them to chime in. I'm sure they will.

 

If it's runs on carb cleaner it's not related to the ignition system or the cam trigger. If you want to send me the AEM file and a datalog and I have a look over it.

 

I'll email the file tonight or tomorrow when i go back to the shop.
