Default Can I use these b18b1 parts with b16b2 in EG hatch.

Alright so I got a 94 Civic hatch CX with a b18b1 swap. I plan on swapping out this motor and putting my motor from my em1. I was wondering if I can use these parts from the b18b1 when I swap my b16a2 in. Can I use the wire harness, alternator, dizzy and the injectors? I know I can use the mounts and I know I will have to wire in vtec. But can I run the car without wiring in vtec? This is my first swap and I am sorta on a budge and trying to get this done next week. Also can I use the shift linkage from my si or use the one that's in the hatch?

How shitty running are we talking? I just need to get this swap done and be able to drive until I can buy a gsr harness.
