Lost power, then stopped running, now won't start
93 accord lx 5spd
travelling down highway today, suddenly, momentarily lost power. engine was still running, gave more gas, engine revved up but felt like clutch slipped out (didn't pick up momentum for acceleration). then engine died and had to coast to side of road.
after coasting off the road, tried to restart, crank & crank but no start.
my initial thought is no fuel, but that doesn't explain why the car didn't pick up when I revved the motor. is this possibly because of insufficient ignition.
other than it feeling like it was slipping, it certainly seemed to feel like it ran out of gas.
didn't get a chance to check anything due to being on the other side of town from me, and in a particularly bad part of town to get stuck in.
initial thoughts: fuel filter or pump (main relay is not that old, maybe three years?)

Test the coil and the ignitor/ICM (ignition control module) inside the distributor. I have had mine do this on me and it was the ignitor. thought I broke a timing belt at first.
