ok so i checked my ground and my main relay but wat else could cause my motor not to turn over? when i put turn signals on the tachometer spazzed out and it makes this buzzing sound. when i put rear defrost button on the light in car get brighter. could this just because wireing harnesses got ****ed up or what? also like fuel pump isnt starting when i turn keys or nothing.

please help thanks guys.
