d16y7 fluctuating idle when warm
I have a 97 civic with d16y7, the idles fluctuates 800 to 1800 after warmed up in Park or Neutral only, If im in park with the a/c on the idle is steady but low about 3-400rpm... I replaced with a known good iacv and bleed the coolant and has the exact same problem 
. When i plug half the hole inside the throttle body the car idles perfect. No cel's on.... im stumped...
