basemap for b16a with CTR pistons? (hondata)
Just checking to see if anyone has a basemap i could use for my b16a with CTR pistons on b16a crank and rods with a port and polished head, aftermarket valvetrain, and skunk2 tuner stage 2's?
Basically just looking for a basemap for the lower end, but I was just thinking that specifics always help...anyone got anything I could get my hands on?
I just need the basemap to break in the motor and to drive to the dyno, and before it comes up, yes I do have a wideband
Thanks,
Jim

and i already have hondata- me and the contributing poster need the files, we already have chipped ECU's.
Then make your own basemap and monitor your AFR's with your wideband.
You have chipped ecu's and? Do you even know how to work with Hondata?
Does the other member even have the proper materials to burn himself the basemap? He is on Crome unlike you who is on a Hondata unit.

That's why you get one from someone who you can trust. Chris at Xenocron is good. mtber is also great at what he does.
Exactly, if you have an S300 already...just take the stock Type R Map built in to the software...take out 4-6 degrees of timing to be safe and upload the file. Then limp it to a tuner and get tuned...done!
