i am going to buy a "full greddy turbo kit" on craigslist
first of all i need some noob pointers
2. the guy says its complete so my question is what is in a complete greddy turbo kit
3.will all the parts say greddy on them?
4. the guy wants $1,000firm and he says that is a 62 trim 20g turbo is this right?
please someone let me know a.s.a.p

well, based off the pics its missing the fuel management... and thats not a 20g, its just the standard t304h that comes with the kit

 

were does the fuel management go on the turbo?

The fuel management would be the Emanage unit that should come wit the kit.

Click the link in my SIG. I wouldn't buy a turbo kit right now if I were you. You have nearly no clue what it entails getting this installed and running correctly.

I wouldn't pay more than $300-$350 for that.

 

2. as mentioned before, even the 'complete' greddy (15g) kit is not complete.
it does not come with an intercooler, additional charge pipe to accommodate an intercooler, or a blow off valve, larger injectors.
3.the parts pictured will 'say' greddy on them, and the 'blue box'.
4.the parts pictured are worth about $300 -$500 depending on condition.
the turbo in the picture is a td04h-15g

 

yea thats a 15G which is a way smaller animal than a 20G

 

those are just the pics of the turbo he says he has the rest but i told him to stick it because he is being shady and lied about the turbo being 20g thanks guys
