Default Loud metal sounding grind / squeek w/ steering and susp

my 1993 prelude has had the power steering rack replaced and the front upper ball joints and tie rod ends, and when i turn my wheel it squeeks loud and consistently. And when i hit bumps it squeeks, and the shocks feel stiff, i just didnt know if it was my shocks were bad and that was causing the steering squeeks and suspension. Could it be a bushing ? I know alot about the motor and stuff now cuz i did a motor swap on it, but i dont know much about the suspension. Thanks alot

all the symptoms u describe sound exactly like a bad upper arm ball joint though..... how u did that change when it's "welded" on the stock upper arm?

i bought two new upper control arms for the front, sorry i shouldve been more specific. I got new outer tie rod ends, new power steering rack and pinion, and upper control arms for the front. I have the vtec so its 4WS and the rear upper and lower ball joints are shot on both sides, and the rear tie rods. Could that affect it in any way? i know it does with the swerving, but the squeek? and i also forgot to mention that my front lower ball joints are bad still, i have yet to replace those.
