Hey...did anyone know what's happen with my fuel warning light...It didn't turn on even if the fuel is low......

PS: My car dont have the check light on...!

 

I haven't seen mine come on either even when the needle is directly in line with the red "E" mark. Either they don't come on until the fuel is VERY low or we have a bulb out or other malfunction. I can't see how a bulb would fail on something so rarely used.

Anyone?

 

Mine dosent work either.. dosent really bug me because after i ran out once i never let it go down to E anymore since my light dosent work..

 

Check the bulb.

Mine has turned on 1 time in the 5 years I have owned it.

 

I have a 95 del sol with a low fuel light that doesn't come on until I have around a gallon of gas left. Long ago, I had it checked at a shop because I didn't think it worked. I was literally riding on "E" and it didn't come on. They couldn't find anything wrong and I decided to drive it until it ran out of gas and finally, with around a gallon of gas left (11gal tank) it came on. I think of this light as an "idiot light" and never let the fuel go that low.

 

What car do you have? Not all Civics have a low fuel warning light.
