Default LCA and Rear Disc??

I'm trying to install a set of Rear Lower control arms on my 97 civic hatchback that has a 99 si rear disc conversion. My New control arms won't fit. I ordered for 96 - 00 civic. Do I need them for an SI?

No the Si arms are the same as any 96-00 civic. What about the arm won't fit? Where are you getting held up?

These are aftermarket. Everything fits besides the Knuckle. All the way towards the outside.

The trailing arm just won't slide over the bushing? The trailing arm is probably crimped o something. Bend it out a little bit.

Also, don't tighten the bolts up until all the bolts are atleast started. The RTA bushing will make the trailing arm deflect in all these weird directions as you're trying to bolt it up. I usually bolt up the trailing arm first loosely. Then I will use the LCA as a lever to pivot itself to line up the other bolts.

Use a floor jack to move the arm up into the bolt holes if needed.

I think I know why actually. I tried the side with the blown out bushing. There's almost no bushing there at all. I wonder if it hasn't pinched in all the way into the old control arm.

Hey I just completed a rear disc swap on my 96 hatch w/98 integra rear discs. I ordered LCA's for 96-00 Civic, and they dont fit, they're short... Do you guys think they sent me the wrong ones or was i supposed to order Integra LCA's?

They sent you the wrong LCAs, those are '92 - '95 Civic/'94 - '01 Integra LCAs.
