Please Help Diagnose Front End Squeel
Hi
The vehicle is a 2002 CRV - I'm posting here since theres more traffic here and people seem a little more knowledgable.
The car is 100% stock.
Last week, the car was taken in to get the following parts replaced:
-Both front shocks
-2 front lower ball joints
-All 4 swaybar endlinks
After we got the car back, there was a squeeking noise comming from BOTH the front driver and passanger side. The noise is intermittent, and it can get really loud at times, to a low humm at other times, and even no noise at all. When the squeeking noise is present, it gets louder/faster with the speed of the vehicle.
I've put the front of the car on jack stands and spun the wheels, and am able to replicate the noise. When I took the wheels off, I didn't notice anything out of place.
The front brakes are still good - theres about 60% pad life left.
I dont think the problem is related to the brakes, but rather maybe something relating to the parts that were replaced.
Could it be the wheel bearings? I would think it'd be strange if both front wheel bearings went out at the same time?
I plan on taking the car back to the shop that I got the work done, but I really want to figure what the problem is, its driving me nuts.
Thanks for your help.

Don't understand the point of the question. If the squealing didn't start until the shop did the work then take it back to them and have them diagnose and fix it.
