is my problem my master cylinder or something else?
OK..I have a 94 honda accord and it starts and runs but doesn't move when running, it goes in and out of gears when it's off(normal) and when it's running(not normal), I put it in first and release the clutch and it seems like the clutch is not in gear or anything like it's not hooked up or anything but, it wouldn't start if it didn't have a clutch or flywheel right? anyways I was wondering if that was the problem or not, I already bleed the clutch but still didn't work and I did it a long time. thank you and im not a big expert obviously or on accords but I am needing to sell this soon so any help will be much appreciated, thanks.
When you push on the clutch do you see the slave cylinder push in on the clutch release fork?
You might want to remove the release fork boot and look inside the bell housing to see if there is anything in there. the clutch may be worn out and require replacement. Have you ever had this car moving under it's own power?

The master cylinder is so small it's easy to let it get too low and for air to get in there. I would try rebleeding, this time making sure that it doesn't get close to being low.
oh and when i got it it was stuck to the floor and I could move it up with my hand but push it back down again but after I bleed it some it's not as bad.

I have seen any oil leaking but it is above dirt but I haven't noticed anything yet, can I tell if the pressure plate is bad from where it sits or do I have to take it apart?
I'd try bleeding it more. Itll take a while. Not quite a quick bleeding system. Took me and another guy about 25min. to bleed mine last week after our engine rebuild.
