Although this may not be the proper place to post, I've gotten conflicting answers and need a definitive answer and know you guys can help. THIS IS AN ALL MOTOR SETUP!!!!!!

I have a sumped 12 gallon cell feed with -10 line from tank to Aeromotive 100 micron filter to Aeromotive A1000 pump to 10 micron filter and then changed to -8 line all the way to the fuel rail. Looking into changing the fuel pump to the Walbro 255lph inline pump. The inlet outlet though is 10mm x1.0, I'm wondering if there would be an issues since this pump has a smaller inlet/outlet then the Aeromotive. Summit has the metric to AN conversion fittings from 10mm x 1.0 to -8AN that I would use. I will be keeping the 2 filters setup like I have now, just swapping out the pump. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

Having too big of a fuel line won't hurt anything.

I'm questioning going big to small and then to big. Right now it's -10 from tank to filters, pump and filter, the last filter has -8 on the outlet side. The walbro has like a 5/16" in/outlet, whatever 10mm x 1.0 is that's what it has
