sounds like you are running rich and your plugs might be fouled.
same thing happened to my buddy's mustang.
driving it to the performance shop and started to sputter, plugs were fouled but after he got the tune it ran like a champ

do i need to put the stock injectors and ecu back in and start all over or what? is it something simple all kinds of people sound like they have the same type of problem it ran then it didnt i dont get it what is in the dizzy that may have caused this?
im stuck

start by pulling the plugs and smelling them. What do they smell like? What color are they? Here is a list of what different colors and build ups will indicate.

When you changed the temp of your plugs did you retard/advance timing to accommodate?
You should really have a fuel pressure gauge installed if you are going to be running fuel upgrades with a turbo. I would go buy a set of standard NGK plugs for 2 bucks each.. turn the boost down and start the car.. If it starts then your preexisting plugs are probably fouled which means the new set will foul eventually but at least you know you are running too rich.
- I hope you have a manual boost controller.

i have tried to advance and retard timing still no start. when i pull my plugs they are dry and clean i know that im getting fuel ti the injectors im not sure how much pressure however. im not sure if i have manual controller or not. like i said im stiil learning everything
They may look clean but that doesnt mean that they are. You can make a home made boost controller just for trouble shooting purposes. Easy to google how.
Messing with the timing after the fact is pointless..
Get yourself a cheap fuel rail mount pressure gauge, new plugs, a timing light and make the boost controller. A adjustable pressure reg would help too. I wouldent want to rely on the hondata in your case. Even if this stuff doesnt solve your problems its all things you should have on hand if you plan on maintaining a turbo. You should be able to aquire all these things for under 100 bucks.
Tell me exactly what the car does and how it sounds when you turn the key over.. does it click? does it choke? does it sputter.. Be as specific as possible.

it turns over but no start when it did run it sputtered but no back firing or nothin i dont really know why it started for the drive back from the shop ran great then all the sudden sputtered out now no start since the last time it ran nothin has been changed or monkeyed with other than putting new plugs in do you think that i should change pressure regulator?

not expecting the worst here but did you take a compression reading on that engine ?
what are the number ?
make shure your injector are firing too, you may have fuel pressure, and fuel pump, but without correct injectors firing no fuel will ever find it's way in the cylinder.
worst case you could do, is unplug boost pipe, change injectors back to stock, with stock ECU. start the car to see if everything is running, then start from there your trouble shooting.
avoid revving this engine if the boost pipe is disconnected, you will overspin the turbo and it may shorten the life span of the turbo bearings.
hope this help!

i dont have a compression testor so no i havent checked compression
now if i ran one day and not the next what would explain lack of compression if i dont have any

Make shure your ECU is getting some 12V,
get a look at the Ground on the Thermostat housing.
make shure all ground are good on the engine too while your at it.
change plug I guess. I would look toward the main relay, or the ignitor inside the dizzy next...
let me wrap this up a bit... correct me if I'm wrong:
good compression, fuel pump priming correctly, good ground, ECU is getting power, make shure timming is right, it really should start man...
take your time, go all over it slowly and check everything back, make shure you have spark and injector are firing ( ecu got power ) these are the main point in getting those engine to fire up. and timing off course.
Kranked.
