Default Engine Swap

To my understanding anytime you do an engine swap there are certain components that cant be swapped...my engine has the ulev plate on it. My question is why cant i do an even swap with more horsepower without all the complications? As far as the AC, power steering and emissions?

not to be rude but this needs some serious elaboration on what you are asking.

IE: car, engines, whats already been done etc.

You still are making very little sense.

1) You don't list what car you have
2) You don't list what motor you want to put in
3) You don't list whether or not your state requires emissions testing

etc

There are plenty of threads in the Accord FAQ regarding swaps, I would suggest reading through those before asking more questions.

well idk if you have this rule so i'm going off the crazy most strict restrictions in cali (sucks but we'll keep it for the pros of cali)
1st your engine must be 2000 or newer and that means only 1 year of H22s are available.
Emissions, if all your sensors work properly and your cat does its job you shouldn't have an issue passing emissions.

so yes it is possible.

You will have to stay OBDII then which requires more work than just going OBDI. If you do a search you will find out what you need (ECU, Motor, etc.) You do not want an ATTS based transmission.

Yes, because why would he use the nice F-series he already has in there...

You are quite general with the word machining, not to mention you missed the fact that it will do little for a car that can't be tuned to take advantage of it due to strict emissions laws.
