I had just takin my head apart cause i was told that a valve was burned out. I put the head back in place and hooked everything up. The problem is more than likely the timing, but I can't set it right. What should i do to fix this?

 

Read the step by step thread by touring accord titled how to change a timing belt and set your timing. It is a step by step informitive thread with pictures. If you can pull the head,you can change the belt.
