ok wat up ht this is my first time on ht but to get to the point me and a buddy of mine finally got to workin on his d15b block d16z6 frankenstein motor its been two years and the car has just been sittin around so we took off the intake manifold and cleaned everything with a carb spray and rewired up everything but wen we tried to turn on the car it didnt crank....wat could it b....could it have been that his head and block are warped....the ecu is a p06 and it thru code 1 and 21 which are the o2 sensor and the vtec solinoid does that affect if the car turns on or not i doubt it highly it should jus affect the cars performance correct?? really stumped plz any help would b nice and thanks in advance

 

swap out the o2 sensor and make sure didnt end up spraying carb cleaner on the sensors or u messed them up
