Throwing any engine codes? If not Check plugs, wires, Cap and rotor. those ok do a compression test to make sure its up to par.

hmm so you have done a bit of trouble shooting. have toy tested your oxygen sensor to make sure it is still working correctly? I wasnt throwing a code for mine but it was faulty and making my car run uber rich untill I swaped it out. Also a plugged injector could cause similar problems.

Fuel filter is new. I always use shell gas. Replaced o2 sensor it helped with the running rich. I did somemore testing when I turn the air conditioning on it smooth out some but its still there. When I depress the brake it starts to idle like the iacv is bad. Which the iacv is also new. My brakes go to the floor and hardly stop. I also have a new brake master cylinder which after I replaced it I bled the hell iy of them. Maybe a vacuum leak in the brake booster?

Well follow the steps in the walkthrough I posted for you and you will be set. also how is the timing on your dizzy? is it set in the middle or is it tilted to the firewall or tilted to the front of the car. put it dead center or little to the front until you can check the timing light.
