Picked up a 2000 Civic 4 Door - Need some Ideas
Hey guys, I just picked up a 2000 Civic 4 Door Automatic w/ 130k miles for $1K.
Now, the motor and tranny are going to be pulled in favor of a GSR Swap so that aspect is taken care of. I am looking for some ideas on wheels, suspension & the body... What do you guys think are some good combinations???
Here is the car as it sits now.

I was thinking of changing the color to white but would like to hear your ideas... I have only owned coupes and hatchbacks before so this is my first 4 door Civic.
Please include photos with your ideas!
thanks,
Joshua

I wouldn't bother changing the color, but it's your choice.
Things i would do to that car.....get some integra seats, swap out the trunk lid for an EL one along with tail lights...some even have the optional spoiler on them, add a rear sway bar and frame brace if you are going with a thick one.
The suspension, so many options, i suggest you search for that one

Thanks for your input. I really wanna do this one nice... The seats are easy to get along with the trunk lid. What taillights should I go with and what spoiler looks nice???

Eventually I am going to strip, it turbo it and race it but for now I need a daily driver. Money seems to be the only obstacle in my way. If I had it my way, the exterior would look like this.

The engine, something like this.

I plan to do most of the fabrication myself. I will design & build the manifold, downpipe, exhaust, intercooler & piping, Intake Manifold, Fuel Cell, roll cage, etc. Anything that can be built instead of bought I will create myself. Will save me a ton of money in the long run.
Shooting for 500+ eventually and it doesn't hurt that we have a Dynojet where I work and that my boss drives the Ford Racing Funny Car!

Anymore ideas guys??
thanks,
Joshua
