Hey guys I found a good deal for some HFP 18" GM civic SI wheels. How will they fit the R anyone know? They are 18x7 45 offset. I know ill need some spacers to clear the front calipers anyone know how big of spacers ill need?, will I need extended studs? Anyone have experience to know of any rubbing issues? If you feel like flaming knock your self out.

Not like I bought the wheels, I like how they look like and wanted to see if anyone knew of fitment issues. So what are the issues?

18*7 +45 will fit without any issues. But what tire are you going to run? Nothing good is available in that size. And the hfp wheels are heavy, too.
It's a lose-lose...that's why no one does it.

Shoot me I lie'd. These wheel are for my 4 door with 5 lug. My R will have stock 15" wheels on it.
New 215/40/18 = 24.8" diameter
So yeah...the 18" tire is almost 1.5" taller. You'd need to run a 205/35/18 to be close to the OEM O.D.
Still thinking this is a good idea?
Probably 5,000 of those are telling people that ITR part questions don't necessarily belong in here, 2,000 are about how dumb the BC specII exhaust is and the rest was back-in-the-day when this forum was actually fun to post in.

Kind of off the subject but What's wrong about the bc spec 2 exhaust?? I think it looks very Sexy!! is it because they sounds like rice and is loud as fu<k!! Or cause of performance?? J/w

Basically, too loud for almost any autox in the country and even too loud for some road courses. And for a street exhaust, half the county can hear you when you hit the high cam. Why draw such un-needed attention to a car that probably runs the 1/4 mile in the 14 second range?
Doesn't compute.
