tl wheels on an 06 civic sedan

Default tl wheels on an 06 civic sedan

i found some 06 tl wheels 17X8 and wanted to know if anyone thinks they will stick out past the body?? let me know what yoy all think

Nope. The should fit fine. What's the offset on those wheels?

bump the wheels specs are 17" x 8" 45mm offset 5 x 4.5 (114.3mm) bolt pattern
someone let me know whats up (will they stick out, rub, or just look like ****) cause i have till later on today to decide if i want them or not... thanks

People have had rubbing issues with the calipers of non-Si models when mounting Si rims which are 17 x 7 with 45 mm offset. You probably should test them on the car before buying them.

ill probably do that but i hope that they fit good cause i really like the rims and think they would good on the sedan

they SHOULD fit....

and i'll tell you why...

Dontbothertim has TSX wheels on his Si....

I had TL wheels on my TSX.....

neither with issues

SO.... you should be ok.......i think

haha i thought about that BUT civic ex is different than the Si

the si wheels almost rub on the EX where they have alot more clearance on the si

Check using this: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

It will tell you how much more it will stick out/in and then you can check on your car and see if that's ok.
