I found a girl selling 3 of these on CL for 100 bucks, I noticed it has multiple lug sets, are they universal or are they made differently? Of course I want 4x100 but the girl selling them says they're 5 lug "she thinks". But they are the rims pictures above.

First, you should find out why she only has 3! Second, you need to ask yourself why you would put 17" wheels on a del sol...
But if you must have them, at least go look at them and imagine them on your car and drive off happily knowing that you avoided a very poor decision

I know I always said 16" is the highest i'd go on my Sol. Perhaps i'm just being impatient because nice used 16's are hard to come by. I asked her about the 3 and she said she "broke one" lol.

BUMP! Are these wheels 4 and 5 lug universal? Or do you have to buy them specific.
Why do you not go and actually LOOK at the wheels? I have NEVER seen 4 AND 5 lug patterns on one rim. They are either one or the other.
Avoid that like the plague. I don't think there are any wheels that a 5x100 and 4x100. If they've ever been made that way they are very rare.
I find it hard to believe you can't find some decent 16's for cheap. Besides, trust me it's worth it to wait and buy some good wheels. You'll own them longer and they'll retain their value better too. I've gone down the cheap wheels road once and I got out as soon as I could.

Maybe you guys can tell from the actual picture of the rims from CL. They look like 5 lug but my mind's playing tricks on me.

Count the number of lug holes then divide by 2. Simple. Where in that ad does it say that these fit a Civic?
Did you look at the original link that you posted? There are 4 different manufacturer part numbers there. If they were universal between 4-lug and 5-lug, they'd all have 1 part number listed. So no, they will not fit your car, if they came off a 5-lug car.
The fact that she "broke" one, should tell you to stay away from them anyways. The rest could be heavily damaged, or the wheels themselves could be very poor quality.
