Default L2H2 and S300

I need help from someone that has wired this up before. I've searched and can't find exactly what I'm looking for. I have a NTK wideband sensor that I need to wire up with S300. I don't want to wire it to any of the factory o2 wiring and I already have an extra bung in my downpipe for the wideband. The sensor wire colors are as following. I need someone to tell me where each one needs to go. I have located wire d10 on the harness but have not yet removed r136 or r138.

YELLOW
BLUE
BLACK
GREY
WHITE

You can't wire an NTK sensor directly to the ecu.
The NTK sensor must be run off a wideband controller which will send a 0-5 volt signal to an input on the ecu (ELD).
The factory obd1 ecu cannot act as a wideband controller...
