I was wondering if anybody have done this before. When i was getting out of my car tonight and I looked at my dome light when I open my door and then switch on both of my map lights. I realize how more lighting I get with dome and map lights on.

Here's the idea I was thinking about. Has anybody wire the map light to come on with the dome light when the door is open? I still want the map light to function as normal when dome light is off and door is closed.

 

just jump the wires from the dome to the map and wala!
