Default s2000 turbo valve help

im rebuilding my head, what kinda of valve do i use for turbo.....dish or flat....

my goal 450whp

garrett gt3582
44mm wastegate tial
50mm bov
log pfab mani
precision intercooler
3mm head gasket
aem ems
walbro 255 fuel pump
supertech valve train

stock would be fine but why are you saying you have supertech valve train?

You should call Supertech and/or your engine tuner. For 450whp, both dished and flat will work fine.

STOCK valvetrain is suitable up to 600hp with many people currently doing this.

For a turbo build you 100% want dished valves! However, there is nothing wrong with the stock dished valves for your power goals.

Flat valves are generally designed to raise compression (and are also a few grams heavier) and are intended for NA builds on Honda's. The Dished valve in and of itself is a MUCH better design for these motors.

thanks guy, i bent my valves on my s2000 f20c that why im rebuilding my head with supertech valvetrain...dish valves is the way to go then...

i heard the stock retainer on the f20c is weak.
