Default Car only goes into gear when engine is off? Loose clutch pedal

GSR

Cannot get the car into gear whilst driving (needed a tow) but car will go into gear when it is off. Fluid level was low, but top up only solved the problem for a short time (few miles)

What does it mean? Slave cylinder?

Thanks

Bleed the slave and check the travel for the clutch fork. If the fork is working, you might have a busted spring on the clutch disk, seizing the clutch to the flywheel/pressure plate.
Trying to force it into gear will destroy your synchros.

If there's no pressure in the clutch then more likely than not its something with the hydrulics. Check under your clutch and see if you can see the piston from the cmc leaking.

Bleeding the cmc should temp fix it. Likr the others suggested bleed the cmc and check the smc. Changing the cmc is pretty simple. I used the write up from TI. Good luck hopefully its nothing more serious
