Default DA turbo Integra wont start Help!!!

I have a 92 GSR DA Integra Turbo I have just added EVO 550cc injectors Honda resistor box and twin turbo supra fuel pump with Chrome ECU P28 stock map. I tried to start the car last night all it does is turn over. I checked my spark plugs they are getting fuel the pump does prime and the plug wires are getting spark. Any ideas!?!!?!?!

You have fuel, you have spark.

Have you checked timing, valve and ign.?

Have you checked compression?

Are the injectors wired properly, in proper sequence, [timing]? 94

Problem Solved! My Base map was off due to incorrect Injector size. No worries!
