If you don't have a proximity sensor then it's your vibration or shock sensor. It just needs to be set properly. I'm not familiar with Falcon (if it is) http://www.falcon-security.com/about.php I would go under the dash and see if you can see the module or the shock sensor it should have a small dial on it to set it with. I would start turning it in small 1/16 inch increments counter clock wise and each time you do this, shut your door roll up all windows and set the alarm. Kick your tire or use your fist balled up and lightly tap the driver side window until it goes off. It shouldn't be that easy to set off. Keep doing it until you get it to a point where it's kinda hard to set it off.

I have had a few alarms (DEI, viper, clifford) do this back in the day 90's. We found voltage fluctuations due to bad ecu on GM trucks and once on vw that would cause the alarm to go off every so many minutes. There also has been bad alarm modules that has caused this. If it's under warranty, have the shop look at it or if the parts are then get them swapped out.

DEI DOES NOT make "FALCON" alarms. Sounds like an off-brand to me. If it does go off randomly, lessen the sensitivity on the impact sensor. If the alarm does not have adjustments, replace it....the alarm I meant.

Get rid of that alarm. Thats your biggest issue. There all are like that after awhile. Falcon is the crappiest alarm you can get.
