Default b16a crank but wont start!

ive got a 94 del sol with a obd1 b16a. the car recently has started giving me a lot of problems. ive tried getting help but no one has been posting on my threads. one of the main problems is in the mornings when the temperature is colder my car will not start, it cranks and cranks but wont start.i checked for codes and got water temp sensor and top dead center sensor. if i try to push start the car it will start and run all day if i dont let it sit long. also on occasion my car will bog down and when i get into the 3-5k range it acts like its on launch control or something. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!! i need to get my car back on the road

TDC code?

dude.....fix that. thats timing. did you replace the belt?
bad timing will destroy your motor and make it run like complete doodoo.

clean your IACV. and delete your FICV

no i just barely bought the car and ive only replaced the distributor, icm, and ets. what could be the problem with my timing? would it just be something simple with the ignition timing or is something messed up with the timing belt?

firing order could be wrong. check this. google it.
the dizzy could need turned. loosen the dizzy while the car is running and with your hand twist it back and forth until it idles good.
if that dont work check the timingbelt

and or your timing belt has skipped a tooth or 2 or...it could have jus been put on wrong.
check it.
turn the crank to TDC top ded center. and see if the camshafts r facing TDC as well

Check your compression, timing, and make sure you are getting air/spark/gas.

so i got a minute to look at my car and the firing order is all correct and i messed with my ignition timing a bit and it seems to be in the best spot. i didnt get a chance to check my timing belt yet though. i did push start it again though and it seemed to be running perfectly fine.

If you push start it and runs fine then your mechanical timing is good to go and you did not skip a tooth(other wise it would run crappy all the time or not start at all regardless whether you push it or not).
I want to say that there is some info here on H-T that I believe says that if you can push start the vehicle, problem possibly has to do with your ignition switch kinda of fuzzy on this but search or someone might chime in.

alright i will check my ignition switch, thanks.
also after i jumpstart the car and let it run for a minute it starts back up fine. i turned it off for 30 minutes and it started back up fine but the bogging around 4-5k started happening again and so far its not throwing any codes right now. im going to let it sit over night and try to start it in the morning

Ok so I checked my compression and got 150 all across but it's turboed and I'm not sure if engine is built cause I just bought it. It has 42 psi of fuel pressure at start up and 50 at wot. I replaced the spark plugs and wires along with a msd distributor, cap, and blaster coil but still doesn't start unless push started.
