Default Rod Bearing stuck on crank!

Hope this is the right forum! So I picked up a B16 that was bare except for the crank. The block had a spun rod bearing, you can see were the bearing kinda "molded" itself to the crank, just a little spot. My question is, can a machine shop smooth this out for me and make the crank usable or should I not waste my time and just get a new one? If Im forced to get a diff crank what would you guys/girls on here recommend for a tuboed B16? GSR crank, B16 crank, type R, LS?

get a new crank. you can't put anything other than a b16 crank back in it without using custom parts.

its going to be cheaper to just find another crank. usually spun bearings happen from lack of oil or extreme overheating or both. so theres a chance the crank itself is also warped. but even if its not it will be way cheaper to get another crank.
