Default what should be my first upgrade?

Hi everyone! This is my first post and i got my first honda/acura this week. I've been reading alot past weeks on the forums about the best intake manifold and the best headers that i could fit on my 2001 integra GSR. I'm looking to spend around $800 for the upgrade. I don't know what should i do first, intake or headers, or even if i should put my money elsewhere, for example a chip/ECU. The car already has an AEM CAI. For the IM i was looking at the Skunk2 or the Edelbrock Performer X. For the headers, i don't know yet which one i should pick, but the bisomoto got good comments in the threads that i found.

Let me know what you think!

Search in the All Motor section. You'll get the general idea. If you don't plan to do anything internally, leaving it stock would be best.

THis car is going to be an NA track car only, i'm not going to use it daily. I'll put some cams later, but for now, i'm looking at what i could change on the intake/exhaust/Chip/injectors, e.g external engine parts.

valve lash adjustment + header would be my recommendation

leave the intake manifold. There is a thread comparing it to the skunk2 and you would be surprised at how well it performs.

Putting a skunk2 manifold or any sort of atermarket intake manifold is only for people who will be revving past 7k all day long ha ha.

Lowering it would also improve looks/performance.

i personally would pick up a nice headers/catback system and if you have money left over either a IM or chip the ecm and have tuned but after exhaust i doubt your going to have money left over for a tune..

Is it right that the OBD2B to OBD1 would cost me around $800? The header/catback sound like the best idea, since doing the intake i would probably need to convert my car to OBD1 at the same time.

I'm far from having 200whp. Suspension is a good idea as well, i'll check the condition of the stock suspension first : if it is in really bad condition, i'll upgrade it.
