I have a 1995 Honda Civic LX that started making a crappy noise when I would use the power locks. Almost like the motors were starting to die. Then about a month later they did fail and no longer work. If I try to use the electronic locking part in the door I hear no sound now and nothing happens.


Thoughts?

Sedan or coupe? All doors don't work? Do the locks work fine manually?

 

Thanks for the reply.. Its a Sedan and all the door locks now need to be pulled manually as the electronic part on the door seems to not be working. So if I use the key it opens, if I push down or up with my fingers it works fine.

 

try on the pas side and see if that switch works to lock/unlock doors? it may be the switch or the motor itself..

 

Pass switch does not work either

 

Click the fuses link in my signature. Does installed 20A dash fuse 6 have battery voltage at both top test tabs?
