Default ENGINE REBUILDING - WORRIED

Hey guys. Ok, so my B18B1 LS motor is coming in from tigerjap tommorrow.. But however, I have purchased some ARP headbolt studs, connecting rod bolts, piston rings, and rod bearings. Also gaskets and the such.

I am just really worried that since this is a practically good motor between 20k-60k miles.. Is the rebuild necessary? I mean, I am boosting my car to 10 pounds.. My turbo kit is the TD05h-18g from greddy.. I am also getting it tuned.. My biggest concern is the rebuilding.. I'm scared it will blow up and something is bound to happen. I mean paying almost 1500 for a motor makes me want to take the turbo off. It has been turbo before and is tuned for the last setup, but I dunno.. I am very very very very sketchy now. Because since I was on a REAL budget, this is all i have purchased.

Ram horn style manifold
31 x 4 x 11 size intercooler
ARP headstuds
ARP rod bolts
TopLine piston rings - standard
TopLine rod bearings - standard
Felpro Headgasket
TurboXS Boost controller
New half size radiator
Stock B18B1 LS Motor

Whats gonna happen after I decide to install all the parts above:

Tuned to 10 PSI

situation.. worried the motor will fail and blow up again.. since i been through 2 bad motors because of people selling me junk motors. I was hoping since my budget was tight that i hoped I have purchased some good stuff.

Please anyone chime in and tell me what the chances are of my motor blowing up? or something failing with the parts above?

Thanks - Dave
