Default Inividual throttle bodies.....a few questions

Does anyone run Individual throttle bodies on here? What would be some major benefits? What would be the downfall? What all has to be done to run them? What companies make them. Thanks.

I was wondering if anybody does this on Hondas. I saw it on some of the older Toyotas but not anything recently.

ITB's are becoming more common in street cars. A good number of All motor Honda Full race Drag cars are using ITB setups. But they can be streetable. You will have to sacrifice gas mielage.. Alot.
Best used with a tuneable computer, such as a DFI or even a HONDATA.

i run ITB's and a couple of my customers run them. they are great but a bitch to tune.first off you need a standalone engine managemen system, ie...DFI, motec, etc... they seem to gain power over all the manifolds on the market through out the whole power band. and as far as filters. anything you put on the restrict them alot. they make a box with an intake pipe for them and that works alright. i just run them open. im also starting to believe that a really good manifold design might be just as good though, like the jun one, i mean its $2800 but who knows. here are a couple links to sme people who make them. if ytou have any more questions feel free to ask.

for some reason it seems like they would be alot louder? any difference? rough idle? Do you have to have any internals?

If you havent built your motor, you arent ready for ITBs.
