The engine is a D16y8. Yes its throwing some codes 4,7,10,14 and 41
4- crankshaft position sensor but on obd1 there not even hooked up
7- Throttle position sensor
10- intake air temp sensor
14- idle air control valve
41- primary oxygen sensor heater
I just checked these since i always forget too lol my bad;p
(7) is probably the cause of my no revving since the ecu doesn't know the TB is opening so im going to order a new one its only 18$ anyways wouldn't hurt
10 14 and 41 would probably be why its running rough i believe not sure though
any ideas?

You say all you did was timing belt change? Double check your timing marks. Have an expierienced tech check it out. Also did you remove the harness ground?

ya thats all i did, and im trying to figure this out myself, an "experienced tech" is my last resort as i dont want to pay an ungodly amount of money for them to tell me it was something i could fix myself lol

Are you using the proper timing mark on the crank? A lot of people get confused and line up the cams using the IGNITION timing marks (the three dots close together) and not the proper mark for setting cam timing.

Lined it up with the lower timing case pointer?

Cam gear marks are lined up with the head with the arrow facing upward?

Using the correct belt? Correctly Tensioned?

Wow. Setting the cam timing on the d series is a cake walk. The easiest way I can explain to set TDC is the ghetto way.
Remove all spark plugs and get a 1/4" thick 2' WOODEN dowel. Drop the dowel into cyl #1 and turn the crank counter clockwise until the top of the dowel reaches its highest travel. That is TDC. While doing this watch the cam gear to make sure it is in the up position with the indentions (- -) level with the top of the head.

Did you cross your IAC and TPS plugs? Some guys mix those up and run like crap. Is your harness ground secure?

There's no reason why you need to remove the crank pulley .
