ONLY SOMETIMES ill be using cruise control and push in the clutch and the motor will rev to 3 grand. doesnt really bother me just wanna know if it has happened to anybody else.

Check the cruise control switch on the clutch pedal. It may be sticking or faulty.

 

That is normal. Just means that the engine was still getting gasoline injected right before you pressed in the clutch. I presume that it happens more when you do it while going up a hill or when the engine is under a load. Same thing will happen if you don't let go of the gas pedal when you press the clutch to change gears. The engine will rev the crap out of itself. Just means that the load got lighter and not much gasoline is needed to move the engine so it over revs.

BTW I don't own a Honda but I do own a manual GTO. Same thing happens to me, it just does it less 'cause it has more torque, less gasoline needed.
