Bed-in for new stock brakes?
93 Prelude Si
I just finished upgrading to the larger Vtec calipers, pads and rotors.
Everything is stock, I got the rotors and pads from majestic honda.
I've searched all over, read the stop-tech white papers and all that, but it seemed to me that most of them were in reference to aftermarket brakes.
Is it necessary to do the 60-10mph stops with stock brakes?

Most OE style pads require minimal break-in. Most brake rotors are crosshatched when new and will scuff the pad very quickly after install. Nevertheless, I would still perform several high-speed gradual stops to mate the entire pad surface to the rotor, so that all of the brake pad is contacting the rotor, ensuring near maximum stopping power.
