Default How to tell if B16A is OBD1 or OBD2?

I'm looking to pick up a B16A on craigslist but the guy doesn't know if it is OBD1 or 2. He thinks it is OBD2 but hes not sure. It there a sure way to tell?

Is it original to the car? What year is it?

Is the head original to the engine? There are codes stamped on the head that can tell you. There are probably other visual cues that some of the engine experts can lay on you when they pop into this thread.
