Default b16a head same as a b16a2 head?

does anyone know what it takes to make a B16a obd1 head work in place of a B16a2 obd2 head? the car is a 2000 civic si with all factory obd2 harnesses. i know the dizzys are different but i've alredy got my obd2 dizzy. so what else to make it work?

same head, all you need is an odb1 engine harness.

why exactly do i need an obd1 engine harness? i still need this to be an obd2 car that wont throw any check engine lights with the stock computer in there (gotta love emissions). i mean as long as i run my obd2 dizzy, what other plugs are different? my injectors are rc, as long as my manifold will bolt right up to it (which it will as far as i know) that will take care of most of the other sensors, and for the vtec sensor if i have to ill just use the one off my obd2 head. and that will pretty much cover all the sensors, right?

i believe the only plug is different is distributor and injectors. Just use your obd2 dizzy and injector and you should be good. Correct me if i'm wrong

want boost, all you have to do to make an obd1 block into an obd2 block is put the put the obd2 oil pump (with crank fluctuation sensor) on the block. but im still learning on the head. i will know soon enough, im just trying to get some insight first.
