Default b20b swap smoking and making high pitched squeak

I put a jdm b20b into my 95 hatch, I just got it running tonight but it's making this high pitched squealing sound and there's a lot of smoke coming from the back of the engine bay (intake manifold area) it smells like something's burning, but I'm not quite sure, any ideas HT?

Upon doing research I found out that this can happen if you cross the jumper cables......which I did it blew the 80 amp battery fuse but I replaced that already. What could possibly be wrong that it would make this happen?

when you drive it is it smoking out from your exhaust also? when my b20v had bad valve seals it was smoking also from the back of intake manifold and exhaust.. high pitch squealing noise, check your alternator belt see if its tight..
