Default crx with ls vtec. HELP!

So today i was taking the car out of the garage after i just got done putting all this work into it and it starts and idles great. No problem. But i start going and i get to a stop sign. Push in the clutch and as the car starts to slow down it stalls and shuts its self off. It starts right back up and i drive to the next stop sign and it does it again. I have the obd0 to obd1 harness but it was chopped to ****. And the computer im running is a non chipped p28. Can someone tell me what the hell is going on? it just started doing this

Edit: looked it up and figured out how to do it so i did and this is what i got.
Code 7: Throttle poition sensor
Code 9: Number 1 cylinder position sensor
Code 19: A/T Lock up control soleniod
Code 31: ????? No idea
Code 41: Heated oxygen sensor heater?

Idk it that helps but if anyone knows that would be great!

check the wiring to the distributor, maybe try a new distributor? Also good work on figuring out how to check code.

Your answers are right in front of you. You have two issues:

1. Fix your CELs by using a multimeter to test connections from ecu to the malfunctioning sensors.
2. Get rid of the auto 1.6l sohc ecu youre using to run your dohc 1.8 manual motor.

You did not repin the ecu correctly. While the car is running at idle put the car into reverse and see if a check engine pops up.

code 19 was weird because I thought he did say he pushed in the clutch at one point.

There's no "perfect" ecu for that setup.
you'll need to get it tuned.

The reason your car shuts off is because of your codes. Fix the issues causing your codes. Its that damn easy.
you need to get ahold of a multimeter and start testing for continuity.
