Know Where To Get ECU Circuit Schematics?
The old ECUs are obsolete, so I see no reason there shouldn't be a complete circuit schematic available. If anyone knows where to get one or who to talk to, please PM me.
I've repaired nearly 100 of them, but I have another 25 or so that I can't diagnose. They're a commodity, I'd really rather not throw them away.

I was just wondering about this the other day, out of purely wanting to learn.
It might come in helpful for me here soon too since I think I might have a bad PM8 and I'd really rather not buy another ECU for an engine I'll only be using a couple more weeks (if it ran right!).

I already repair ECUs to some extent. I've replaced circuits for crank sensors, injectors, O2, A/T, IAT, and IACV using spare OEM parts. But It would be nice to have the actual schematics.
NOFX, I believe the P08 uses a different manufacturer for the circuit board than the P28, the circuit functions are relatively the same but the layout is different. Nonetheless if you PM me some details about what happened and/or what it's doing I may be able to repair it or guide you through a repair.

The ECU is a PM8 btw, an '88 CRX HF ECU.
If you're curious about the problem, I was trying to solve it at least in case it might help other people. I posted a bunch of pages from the service manual and did several tests and even swapped some parts but the behavior never improved.
