Icon2 Lowering my Si...

So maybe I have been searching all wrong because i couldnt find anything. But I'm trying to find a "how to install" lowering springs thread. I have never lowered a car before so I really dont know how to go about it. I'll be renting a spring compressor tomorrow. I got some Eibach springs. Car is a 2010 Civic Si.

Rear:

Removal
Raise and support the vehicle.

Remove the rear wheel.

Remove the wheel speed sensor (A) from the knuckle (B). Do not disconnect the wheel speed sensor connector.

Remove the brake hose mounting bolt (C) from the bracket.

Position a floor jack at the connecting point of the trailing arm (A) and the knuckle (B). Raise the floor jack until the suspension begins to compress.

Remove the flange bolt (C) that connects the trailing arm and the damper (D).

Disconnect the stabilizer link from the trailing arm.

Remove the flange bolt (A) that connects the knuckle (B) and the upper arm (C).

Remove the trailing arm front mounting bolts (A).

Lower the floor jack gradually.

Remove the spring mounting rubber (A), the spring (B), and the lower spring seat (C).

NOTE: If the clip is installed inside the spring mounting rubber, discard it.

Installation
Install the spring mounting rubber (A), the spring (B), and the lower spring seat (C).

Align the bottom of the spring (A) and the lower spring seat (B) with the trailing arm (C) as shown.

Loosely install the new trailing arm front mounting bolts (A).

Loosely install the new flange bolt (A) that connects the knuckle (B) and the upper arm (C).

Slowly raise the jack until you can align the bolt hole with the holes in the trailing arm (A) and the damper (B), and install the new flange bolt (C).

Install the stabilizer link on the trailing arm.

Raise the rear suspension with a floor jack to load the vehicle weight.

Tighten all mounting hardware to the specified torque.

Install the wheel speed sensor (A) and the brake hose (B).

NOTE:

Apply multipurpose grease to the mating surfaces on the knuckle and the O-ring during reassembly.

To prevent O-ring damage, the wheel speed sensor must be installed with the guide pin tool: ABS type, VSA type.

Clean the mating surfaces between the brake disc or the brake drum and the inside of the wheel, then install the rear wheel.

Front:

Removal
Turn the ignition switch to ON (II), then turn on the windshield wipers. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0) when the wipers are near the A-pillars.

Raise and support the vehicle.

Remove the front wheel.

Remove the wheel sensor harness clip (A) and the brake hose bracket (B) from the damper. Do not disconnect the wheel sensor connector.

Remove the damper pinch bolts (A) and the self-locking nuts (B) from the damper.

NOTE: Do not allow the knuckle to rotate too far outward. This may allow the driveshaft inboard joint come apart.

Remove the service cap (A) and the lid (B).

Remove the three flange nuts (C) from the top of the damper.

Remove the damper/spring (A).

NOTE:

The left and right damper springs are different. Mark the springs L and R before you continue.

Be careful not to damage the body.

Installation
Install the damper/spring (A) onto the frame. Note the direction of the damper mounting base as shown.

NOTE: Be careful not to damage the body.

Loosely install the new flange nuts (A).

NOTE: Install the service cap (B) and the lid (C) after tightening the flange nuts to the specified torque.

Loosely install new damper pinch bolts (A) and new self-locking nuts (B) to the damper (C).

Raise the front suspension with a floor jack to load the suspension with the vehicle's weight.

Tighten the flange nuts on top of the damper to the specified torque.

Tighten the damper pinch bolts to the specified torque.

Install the wheel speed sensor harness clip (A) and the brake hose bracket (B) to the damper (C).

Install the service cap and the lid.

Clean the mating surfaces between the brake disc and the inside of the wheel, then install the front wheel.
