I bought a B18B1 block not too long ago but it seemed it didn't have a oil filter holder (part #90015-PH1-013 ), does anyone know how to install these or the torque specification for it?
It's the part in this diagram that I circled in blue (15).

I wanna know what the hell the prt# is for the bigger of the two hoses is coming off of #11. The hose off my 6b doesn't fit my gsr block
