Default B16A n/a build questions

Building my b16 planning to go poor mans type r
Soon so I'm leaving the bottom end alone
As of right now I'm running

Sir2 jdm b16a
Hot tanked head & block
Blox competition series HSL cam w/ adjustable cam gears
Skunk2 pro series intake manifold
70mm bdl throttle body
Aem cold air intake
Greddy tri-y headers
Msd ignition

My questions are about
-valvesprings/retainers: I could get some jg edlebrock dual titanium valve springs & retainers But from what I've heard people drop valves on these all day, to what rpm are
Itr valve springs and retainers good till
-valves: alot of people have told me that oem valves will bend instead of detonate and
Vice versa with aftermarket.
-fuel: could I get by using my stock pump & injectors?

I'm going to be using a p28 with hondata s100
And plan to be taking it to bisimoto for a tune.

This is my first motor build and some advice/direction from some Honda veterans are
What I'm looking for

For starters, your wasting your time with a B16 bottom end. Use your stock valves, ditch the Greddy HEADER, not "headers" and take a look at what Toda has to offer.

I got the complete longblock for 500 bucks... As of the moment I don't have money for a 1.8 bottom end I don't want b20v or lsv, hence the poor man r in the future
